Delivery Information

We deliver our Snowgoose fruit gift boxes from Monday to Friday Australia wide. All orders are freshly packed and dispatched for timely delivery. Our standard delivery cut-off time is 12pm (local time) on the day before your delivery is required. Delivery lead time will vary depending upon your location. For locations where Same Day Delivery is offered, you must place your order by 2 pm (local time).

Australia-wide delivery

Deliveries are available in Australia only and are not possible on weekends or public holidays. Our Snowgoose office is open Monday to Friday during business hours.

While we take enormous care, Snowgoose takes no responsibility for goods that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery has taken place. Any re-deliveries that occur due to incorrect address details, or if the recipient is unavailable for delivery, will incur an additional delivery fee.


All cancellation of gift orders must be received no later than 48 hours prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.

 Delivery times

We make every endeavour to deliver your experience by the requested date. However, Snowgoose takes no responsibility for goods that are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Due to courier routes, daily demand and traffic, specific delivery times can only be our best estimate. Late delivery does not constitute a failure on behalf of Snowgoose and does not entitle cancellation of an order.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Snowgoose if there is a problem with your purchase. Should you have any problems relating to your purchase, please contact us on 1300 459 837, at which time we will attempt to resolve your issue.

Terms and conditions

All gift boxes are subject to stock availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances it’s necessary to substitute an item, Snowgoose guarantees that such substitution will be of equal or higher value. 

In the event that the recipient is not available at home, Snowgoose will make efforts to ensure the following steps are taken before attempting redelivery:

  • If the sender has requested it, the courier will leave the goods at either the front or back door.
  • If the courier determines that it is safe to leave the goods at the front or back door, they will be placed in the appropriate location.
  • If it is not suitable to leave the goods unattended, a calling card will be left in the letterbox or at the door to advise the customer of the collection point.
