Can I order more than one hamper online?

Yes, you can order up to 50 hampers online.  This can be a combination of the same or different hampers shipped to multiple delivery addresses.

Why is there 'limited delivery' on Cheese and Antipasto hampers?

Cheeses and antipasto are required to be refrigerated during transport.  It is difficult to find a delivery partner with refrigeration transport to regional areas, it is for this reason, that certain hampers have restricted shipping.

Can I customise a one-off order?

Minor alterations can be made by contacting our customer service team on 1300 459 837.

What is the difference between the Regular and Large size hampers?

The regular hamper is L 35cm x W 25cm x H 12cm, whereas the large hamper is L 45cm x W 35cm x H 12cm. The quantity of fruit in each depends on the product ordered, but as a general guide the regular size mixed fruit box contains xx pieces of fruit and the large mixed contains xx. 

Do you offer a same-day delivery service?

Same-day delivery service is available for Sydney and Perth metro locations.  Orders need to be placed before 12 noon in Sydney, and prior to 10 am in Perth.

What time can I expect my delivery?

We aim to have all deliveries made prior to 6pm.

My recipient's mobile number not working on the cart page?

Snowgoose requires the recipient's mobile number to be entered with the Australian area code.  This starts with '61 4xx xxx xxx'.  Please ensure you drop the '0' and replace it with '61' followed.
