Mary Mooney’s artisan cheesemaking venture began twenty years ago with a simple soft cheese for her children’s lunch boxes. Today, her exceptional handmade farmhouse cheeses are savoured by enthusiasts around the country. Mary's factory uses the freshest milk pumped daily from the milking shed on her property. After experiencing them ourselves in the most delightful tasting sessions, we're thrilled to introduce you to the incredible flavours and textures of Mary's famous award-winning cheeses.
When Suzana & Sasa Stamenkovic began selling their handmade deli products at Moonee Ponds Market in 1996, little did they know they were about to become epicurean stars. A small article in The Age Epicurean brought people from all over Victoria to sample their fine produce. We're proud to include their unique Rolada, handmade in small batches to ensure consistency and quality. Rolada's condensed sweetness and nuttiness make it a gourmet treat and the perfect accompaniment to any rich, salty cheese.
In 1989, Andrew and Lisa Margan planted their first five acres of vines on their home property. Today, their vineyard has grown to over 320 acres, producing wines of distinction with an enviable list of awards and trophies. Our sommelier handpicked Margan’s renowned Botrytis Semillon to complement the delicious produce in this hamper experience. Described by critics as "beautifully constructed and a class act", it’s an elegant style dessert wine that’s perfect for drinking now.
