Hygienic handling of fruit

 In addition to our regular practice of hair nets, gloves, hand sanitisers, and wipes, we are following advice from the Australian Government as well as guidelines from the World Health Organisation of specific hygiene reminders with an emphasis on proper personal hygiene including regular handwashing, social distancing.

We have strengthened our already stringent cleaning processes, placing a heightened focus on sanitizing ‘high-touch points’, with high-grade disinfectant, as well as increasing the number of cleaning rotations during each day.

We have organised staff into smaller teams, and we are staging ‘start and break’ times including teams taking their lunch in smaller groups and completing daily temperature checks for all employees
