From cherry trees to doorsteps within 48 hours
With access to over 1,400 acres of orchards in the cherry capital of Young and more in Tasmania, John Antico AM oversees the packing of 2½ million kilos of his delectable Australian cherries every year. Under his watchful eyes, orchardists pluck the cherries from the trees in the early morning and then cool them to 4°C within one hour of harvesting. John reserves his cream of the crop for Snowgoose, rushing them to the doorstep within just 48 hours of handpicking from the trees.

In Nina's Gymea kitchen shop, master chocolatiers follow founder George Magganas' philosophy: The chocolate experience begins with eating with your eyes, followed by a taste sensation that instils a sense of wonder. Our Cherry & Chocolate gift hampers highlight a selection of Nina's favourites, handcrafted using the finest ingredients and a base of Belgian couverture.
