Monette’s philosophy is simple: create handmade biscuits with natural and fresh ingredients so they taste like they should! When Suzana & Sasa Stamenkovic began selling their handmade deli products at Moonee Ponds Market in 1996, little did they know they were about to become epicurean stars. A small article in The Age Epicurean brought people from all over Victoria to sample their fine produce. We're proud to include their unique Rolada, handmade in small batches to ensure consistency and quality. DOM PÉRIGNON
VINTAGE 2006

The weather in 2006 was mixed, but warm and dry overall, creating a wine with the immediate impression of the mildness of the pure, airy, bright bouquet. A floral, fruity pastel tone then unfolds and quickly darkens into candied fruit, ripe hay and toasted notes, along with hints of licorice. The wine’s opulence – contained and succulent, round at heart – reveals itself in the mouth. The envelope slides and stretches, and the wine becomes more complex and edgy, silkier than it is creamy.
