Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open only to Australian residents 18 years and over who fulfill the entry requirements. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible.
3. The Promotion begins on Monday 15 June and ends on Thursday 9 July 2009.
4. To enter, consumers must register their email address on www.snowgoose.com.au/signup by Thursday 09 July 2009.
5. Maximum of one entry only is permitted per person.
6. The draw will be conducted at 12:00pm noon (Sydney time) on Friday 10 July 2009 at Snowgoose, Warehouse G, Sydney Markets, Flemington NSW 2129.
7. The first five valid entries randomly drawn will each win a Snowgoose Mixed Fruit, Moet & Chocolate Gift Box.
8. The total prize pool is valued at $740 (inc GST) plus delivery costs.
9. Delivery is available only to the Eastern seaboard, Brisbane and Melbourne.
10. The winner will be notified by email on Friday 10 July 2009 and in writing to their nominated address by Friday 17 July 2009. Details on how to claim the prize will be included in this letter. The winner's name and state/territory of residence will be published in The Australian on Friday 17 July 2009. The Promoter may also publish the name and the State/Territory of residence of the winners on its website or in a trade publication. By entering this competition, the entrant requests that their full address not be published.
